Sending out prep work in advance is a great idea as well; especially for introverts who generally do not like to put on the spot and prefer time to prepare for activities. Extroverts generally LOVE brainstorming so having the chat box open at all times and utilizing break out rooms is a must! :)

First Choice Facilitation Inc It can be many things; however, the main component is that the participants do the 'teaching' and even choose the content. It can be individuals or teams. For example, case studies or splitting up content that participants learn then share/teach to the larger group. The more we move away from lecture the deeper the learning for our participants. 😍 I love the question!
